Travel Awardee Short Talks
If you were selected for a Student or Postdoc Travel Awardee Short Talk, you will still have a poster presentation, but you will NOT participate in the Poster Blitz.
Travel Awardee Short Talk selections are: P05, P08, P09, P12, P13, P15, P21, P35, P38.
Poster Blitz
If you are a student or postdoc first author, in addition to presenting your poster during a Poster Session, you will also present a 1-slide/1-minute maximum oral overview of your poster during your assigned Poster Blitz session:
- Blitz I (Poster numbers P01-P42)
- Blitz II (Poster numbers P44-P82)
Poster Formatting Guidelines
The ICBEM poster boards are 1000 mm (39.4 inches) wide and 2500 mm (98.4 inches) high and are in portrait orientation. All posters will remain up for the duration of the meeting. Posters should be designed in portrait format using the following dimensions:
