 February 15 (*Extended to Feb 23)- Travel Award Application Deadline (submit via Abstract system)

 April 1 - Travel Award Notifications emailed

 June 1 - Abstract submission deadline (midnight ET)

 July 31 - Last day to cancel registration with partial refund

 August 2 - Hotel Booking deadline

 September 1 - Last day to register (or earlier if max. # attendees is reached)

 September 5 - Last day to confirm & pay for the Saturday excursion (Castle or Karst Cave)
