Travel awards for students and post-docs will be available for the meeting.
We anticipate providing about 20-25 travel stipends, depending on available funding, that will be awarded to students and postdoctoral fellows on a competitive basis.
Candidates for travel awards must submit their abstracts by January 10, 2026.
To apply for a travel award, you must submit an abstract for the meeting and fully complete the Travel Award Eligibility section on the abstract submission form, including the following fields:
- Confirm you wish to be considered for a Travel Award by January 10, 2026
- Indicate your status (post-doc, grad student, clinical fellow, resident, medical student)
- Indicate if you have received an ICBEM travel award in the past
- Describe how this award will help you (max. 300 words)
- Upload proof of your student/trainee status (letter from PI/supervisor confirming your status)
- Upload a copy of your CV
Travel Award Notifications
Notifications will be sent by February 2, 2026 to the email address submitted in our abstract system.
If you are selected for a Travel Award, you must confirm your acceptance and REGISTER to attend the meeting by March 7, 2026.
